Auto Studio provides an AI-powered vehicle photo editing platform designed for automotive dealerships and professionals. Our Service includes:
Photo Processing: AI-powered background removal and replacement for vehicle images
Background Library: Access to professional backgrounds for vehicle photography
Gallery Management: Storage and organization of processed images
Bulk Processing: Ability to process multiple images simultaneously
AI Description Generation: Automated vehicle descriptions based on images
The features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your password and account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Free Plan
Every registered account receives a recurring monthly allowance of free credits at no cost, for as long as the account remains active and is not on a paid subscription. This allowance does not accumulate or stack with a paid subscription. Attempting to create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is a violation of these Terms.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy
We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account
4.3 Credits System
Some plans include a credit-based system for image processing
Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
4.4 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Upload content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
Upload images of vehicles you do not own or have authorization to photograph
Upload images containing personal information of individuals without their consent
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
5.3 Compliance
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auto Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
By accepting these Terms, you consent and agree that Auto Studio may retain both your original uploaded images and the images we process on your behalf on our servers (via Google Cloud/Firebase), for the retention period set out in Section 7.5.
6.3 Processed Images
You own the rights to processed images created using our Service, subject to:
Your ownership or authorization of the original images
Compliance with these Terms
Any restrictions in your subscription plan
6.4 Background Images
Background images provided by Auto Studio are licensed, not sold. Your license to use backgrounds is:
Non-exclusive and non-transferable
Limited to use with our Service
Subject to the terms of your subscription plan

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
